Born and raised in Vietnam, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, I've always had a fascination with nature. I also grew up watching many animated movies and was instantly captivated by the magical worlds and stunning backgrounds portrayed in them. Inspired by the blend of fantasy and reality, my paintings often feature natural landscapes, such as forests, mountains, and clouds, but with a fantastical twist. I like to push the colors and add new elements to these real-life landscapes, creating a sense of whimsy and enchantment.
Gouache and poster color are my favorite mediums to paint with because of their versatility. With the right amount of water, I can create a wide range of paint mixtures, all the way from transparent to completely opaque.
Over the years, I've honed my skills and artistic expression through various painting techniques, allowing me to guide you through an exploration of stylized nature background painting, where we transform real-life scenery into magical worlds.
